Terms of Service — ViewAsPDF

Effective date: July 1, 2026 Operated by: Blufrogs Production Inc. ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: support@viewaspdf.com

1. Acceptance of these terms

By installing, accessing, or using the ViewAsPDF browser extension, the website viewaspdf.com, or the related backend services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

ViewAsPDF is a browser extension that captures web pages as images (PNG, JPG, WebP) or PDF documents, with editing tools and optional account-based features. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your province, state, or country of residence, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Notify us promptly at support@viewaspdf.com of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Plans, billing and trials

5.1 Free and Pro plans

The Service offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Current features and limits of each plan are described on viewaspdf.com and may change with reasonable notice.

5.2 Pricing

Pro is offered as a monthly subscription and an annual subscription. Prices are shown at checkout. Applicable taxes are added as required.

5.3 Merchant of Record

All purchases are sold and processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Lemon Squeezy's terms and policies. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, payment, invoicing, and applicable sales taxes.

5.4 Free trial

The Pro plan may be offered with a 7-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and the payment method on file is charged.

5.5 Auto-renewal and cancellation

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the period already paid for, and is not renewed thereafter.

5.6 Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with Lemon Squeezy's policies and applicable consumer-protection laws, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act. To request a refund, contact support@viewaspdf.com.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section.

7. Your content

You retain all rights to the web pages you capture and the files you create with the Service ("Your Content"). You grant us only the limited licence needed to process Your Content in order to provide the Service (for example, to transmit a capture as an email attachment at your request). We do not claim ownership of Your Content and we do not use it to train models or for advertising.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to capture, store, and share the pages and content you process with the Service.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including the extension software, the website, the backend, and all associated trademarks, logos, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service, and nothing more.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Vercel, Neon, Resend, Lemon Squeezy, and Google). Your use of features that depend on those providers may also be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that captures will be accurate or complete. Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory warranty or consumer right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including the laws of Quebec.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7–12 and 15) survive.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms or the Service. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through the Service or by email, and will take effect on the date indicated. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the Province of Quebec (judicial district of Terrebonne) have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
